The TUM GNI is happy to welcome its new research team members Dr. Manav Mahan Singh, B. Arch., M.Tech., Klara Santer, M.Sc. and Dafydd Cotoarbă, M.Sc. (hons.).
Manav is a post-doctoral researcher at TUM GNI and has a Bachelor of Architecture degree (2012, Silver Medal) from Lucknow, India and Master of Technology degree (2014) with specialisation in construction engineering and management from IIT Delhi, India. Funded by the DFG and the Department of Architecture, he has completed his doctoral degree from KU Leuven in 2022.
Klara is a research assistant and holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from TUM. Her studies focused on geotechnics, concrete structures and risk analysis. During both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degree she studied abroad for one year each at EPFL (École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne) and UNITN (Università degli Studi di Trento). Since 2021, Klara is working on obtaining a second Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems. In her PhD studies, Klara is focusing on the field of engineer-computer Interaction.
Dafydd is also a research assistant and completed his Civil Engineering studies at TUM in 2022. Additional to his master’s, he completed the honors track of the Bavarian Graduate School of Computational Engineering (BGCE). His main interests lay in Computation in Engineering, Engineering Risk & Reliability and Data Engineering & Analysis.
