Dr. Katharina Langosch studied civil engineering at RWTH Aachen University and also has a degree in economics. In 2014, she successfully completed her doctorate at the Institute of Steel Construction at RWTH Aachen University.
She has been working at TUM since 2014. After working as a program manager ‘National Research Funding' at TUM Office for Research and Innovation (TUM ForTe), she became a research associate (postdoc) at the Chair of Building Realisation and Robotics at TUM. Later she worked as Managing Director at the Cluster of Excellence ORIGINS ‘From the Origin of the Universe to the First Building Blocks of Life’ (LMU/TUM) from 2019 to 2021.
She has been Managing Director at the TUM Georg Nemetschek Institute since 2021.
