Prof. Dr. Julien Gagneur, who is professor for Computational Molecular Medicine at the TUM, shared his experience in teaching data science (script here: https://gagneurlab.github.io/dataviz/), as well as winning several data science challenges (End ALS Kaggle Challenge, CAGI). Participants were also able to enjoy the talk of Andrey Cheptsov on dstack (https://dstack.ai/), a tookit that can be used instead of Slurm and Kubernetes for AI workload orchestration.
No matter whether you are new to data science or a Kaggle grandmaster, every data scientist is warmly welcome to join the party and have fun hacking on Kaggle problems! The meetup was a great opportunity to network with fellow data science enthusiasts, industry professionals, and researchers.
