MDSI Program for Doctoral Researchers

The entire analysis pipeline, from data acquisition, raw data analysis to advanced multi-OMICS data integration techniques will be covered. Internationally renowned keynote speakers as well as tool developers will guide the participants through the process with the latest tools and approaches.

Spatial transcriptomics is one of the most exciting omics profiling technologies to date. In the Novo Nordisk-foundation funded international project MOPITAS (Multi-omics profiling in time and space) researchers want to push this field forward. As part of this, an autumn school to gather hands-on experience, accompanied by talks and lectures will take place this coming November.

Markus List, MDSI Core Member and Professor at DaiSyBio, is organizing an autumn school on “Multi-Omics Profiling in Time and Space (MOPITAS)”, a part of the transformative MOPITAS project.
