TUM Data Innovation Lab (TUM-DI-LAB) as Interdisciplinary Project (IDP) for the Master of Informatics
Students of the Master of Informatics can apply to get a TUM Data Innovation Lab project recognized as Interdisciplinary Project (IDP), please mention in your application that you take TUM-DI-LAB as IDP.
Here the instructions to register an IDP:
- You can only have one IDP during your studies, if you already completed an IDP then you can not participate in TUM-DI-LAB.
- Apply to projects of TUM Data Innovation Lab here.
- Once you are selected to TUM Data Innovation Lab, then we start the process of requesting your IDP to the Master of Informatics.
- In addition to TUM Data Innovation (TUM-DI-LAB) Lab you need to take ONE of the following lectures:
- "Foundations of Data Analysis" from Prof. Massimo Fornasier, offered in summer semesters.
- “Fundamentals of Mathematical Statistics (MA5441)” from Prof. Mathias Drton. We will request the IDP office to accept this winter lecture. We hope that at the beginning of the winter semester you are able to enroll on it, but it is not yet 100% sure that it will be accepted.
