TUM Data Innovation Lab (TUM-DI-LAB) as Interdisciplinary Project (IDP) for the Master of Informatics

Students of the Master of Informatics can apply to get a TUM Data Innovation Lab project recognized as Interdisciplinary Project (IDP), please mention in your application that you take TUM-DI-LAB as IDP.

Here the instructions to register an IDP:

  1. You can only have one IDP during your studies, if you already completed an IDP then you can not participate in TUM-DI-LAB.
  2. Apply to projects of TUM Data Innovation Lab here.   
  3. Once you are selected to TUM Data Innovation Lab, then we start the process of requesting your IDP to the Master of Informatics.
  4. In addition to TUM Data Innovation (TUM-DI-LAB) Lab you need to take the lecture:
  • "Foundations of Data Analysis" from Prof. Massimo Fornasier, offered in summer semesters.

5. If you take TUM-DI-LAB in winter then you will need to take ONE of the mentioned lectures the following summer.
