From June 15 to 17, 2026, the TUM School of Computation, Information and Technology (CIT) will host a computer science open house.
On June 16, 2026, the MDSI will host a panel discussion for the program’s high school students and all interested students at the MDSI premises on the topic “Is CS still worth studying in the age of AI?” Prof. Jana Giceva discusses the various perspectives from academia and industry with the experts Prof. Johanna Pirker (TUM), Dr. Tobias Müller (SAP), and two representatives from the Computer Science Student Council (MPIC).
Following the discussion, there will be an opportunity for an informal get-together with drinks and snacks.
We especially invite interested undergraduate and graduate students from the CIT programs to attend!
