Data wrangling is an essential skill for reproducible research and effective data analysis. This introductory workshop will guide participants through the practical steps of processing and transforming raw data into formats suitable for analysis and visualization. Topics include importing data, cleaning, manipulation, tidying, merging, and summarizing datasets. The workshop is designed for doctoral researchers who wish to expand their data analysis skills and get started with R. Familiarity with basic data types is recommended. You can bring your own small datasets to practice on.
